Delivery

The Seller undertakes to deliver the products as soon as possible and at the latest within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after the order has been placed. Please note that ROSEN ORIGIN will not be responsible if an item being delivered is reported lost or stolen.

All merchandise on the website is in stock. It may happen due to popularity, or for any other reason, that an item is temporarily out of stock. We will do our best to let you know if this happens with your order.

Israel :

Pick-up points by appointment in Jerusalem – free

Standard delivery by ISRAEL POST : 2 to 5 working days – 25 NIS

International :

Standard delivery by ISRAEL POST : 2 to 3 working weeks – 65 NIS

Express delivery by EMS : 5 working days – 160 NIS

These prices and deadlines are given as an indication. Shipping costs may be modified depending on the desired destination and the number of items ordered affecting the weight of the package.

All international packages may potentially be subject to taxes and customs duties upon arrival in the country of destination and are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays and delays caused by customs.

Returns

At ROSEN ORIGIN, the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.

ROSEN ORIGIN only accepts returns and refunds in Israel.

All returns must be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items, pursuant to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law No. 5741-1981 .

The parts must be returned undamaged, unworn, in their complete original packaging, including with the label and the unremoved hygiene label and including its invoice. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

The Customer must send us an email to chiramiryam@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt of his order in order to notify us of the return and thus obtain the information necessary to return the product.

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that the customer make the return using a solution allowing package tracking. Any defect resulting from clumsiness or incorrect handling by the Customer cannot be attributed to the Seller.

The Customer may refuse a package at the time of delivery, if he notices an anomaly concerning the delivery. Any anomaly must then imperatively be indicated by the Customer on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten reservations, accompanied by the customer's signature.

In case of loss of the package by the postal services, ROSEN ORIGIN will not be responsible in any way.

To exercise his right of refusal, the Customer must open the damaged or defective package(s) in the presence of the carrier and have him take back the damaged goods.

If the Customer's package is returned to the Seller by post or by other postal service providers, the Seller will contact the Customer upon receipt of the return package to ask him what to do with his order. If the Customer has mistakenly refused the package, he may ask for it to be returned by first paying the postage for the new shipment. Postal costs must be paid even for orders for which the shipping costs were offered when the order was placed.

Repayment

The refund and subject to the acceptance of the return, will be made by the same means of payment as that chosen by the Customer during his initial order.
